Cancellation: cancel 72 hours or more before your pickup time and we refund the trip price less a 10% booking fee. Inside 72 hours the trip is not refundable, but we issue a ride credit for the full amount, good for one year. Events using more than one vehicle, including weddings, are not refundable within 30 days of the event date.
