EagleVail Pavilion Wedding Transportation
Nobody sleeps in EagleVail. That is the whole transportation story for this venue. The pavilion at 538 Eagle Road is a community banquet hall in a residential subdivision off US 6, between the Avon and Minturn exits, and the people getting married there put their guests in Avon or Vail. The hall holds 200 indoors or out, has a lawn with a fire pit and lawn games, a patio and deck, and a full catering kitchen, and because you bring your own caterer and your own alcohol it draws a lot of local weddings. Local weddings still need a ride.
A neighborhood street, not a hotel driveway
Eagle Road is a public paved street with houses on it. There is no porte cochere and no published parking count, so before you tell anyone to drive, ask the pavilion where the overflow goes. Our drivers treat it the way they would treat any residential address: pull up to the pavilion, load, and leave. Nobody idles on the street between runs, and nobody blocks a driveway while a caterer unloads.
Getting there is quick from either direction. Avon is about 5 minutes, Vail Village and Beaver Creek Village are both around 12, and Eagle County Regional Airport is about half an hour. Those are summer numbers on dry road.
Bring your own bar means a ride home
An open bar you stocked yourself, a fire pit, and a hotel 12 minutes away on the interstate is a combination that should not involve guests driving. We run Mercedes Sprinter vans, 14 seats each, and SUVs, all of them all wheel drive and private to your group.
A plan that fits a 200 person guest list split between Avon and Vail looks like this. Two Sprinters loop Avon to the pavilion; on a 5 minute leg each van turns around in about a quarter of an hour, so the Avon crowd is in within the hour. Two more Sprinters bring the Vail guests in on a pair of announced departure times from the Vail Village parking structure, with a third pass to sweep stragglers. When the bar closes, the Avon vans go back on the loop and the Vail vans leave on two published times plus a last call. Put that last call time in the program and nobody is stranded.
Send us the headcount, the hotels and the hour the bar closes and we will set the routes. To get started, request an event quote. Our wedding transportation page shows how we run a weekend, and our Denver Airport to Beaver Creek page covers guests arriving by air.
