Evergreen Lodge at Vail Wedding Transportation
The Evergreen Lodge is as likely to be a pickup point as a venue. It hosts its own weddings of 30 to 100 guests, but it is also the hotel couples recommend when the ceremony is somewhere else, especially Camp Hale, so the lobby door at 250 South Frontage Road West is a departure point as much as a destination.
Venue one weekend, guest hotel the next
If the wedding is at the Evergreen and everyone is sleeping upstairs, the day itself needs nothing from us. What does is the welcome dinner on Bridge Street the night before and the flights in and out. One Sprinter running between the hotel lot and the Vail Village parking structure for half an hour before dinner and an hour after moves a 100 person group in a few passes, because the leg is about 3 minutes.
If the Evergreen is the guest hotel for a ceremony up the valley, the math flips. A hundred guests is seven full Sprinters leaving together, or three vans making repeat trips when the venue is close, with the return fleet parked and waiting before the last song. Tell us which case you are in before we quote, because the two plans are nothing alike.
A frontage road lot between two villages
The Evergreen sits on the South Frontage Road between Vail Village and Lionshead, outside both pedestrian zones, with its own lot. A driver pulls in, loads at the entrance and is back on the frontage road without touching either village. We have made that turn a handful of times since 2024, mostly hotel transfers. The frontage road is plowed and flat, but the lot and the roundabouts ice up, which is one reason every vehicle we own is all wheel drive, whether it is a 14 seat Mercedes Sprinter or an SUV for the couple.
Avon is about 15 minutes, Beaver Creek about 20, and Eagle County Regional Airport about 40. The hotel does not publish its event spaces or its wedding season, so lean on your planner for those details.
Tell us whether the Evergreen is where the wedding happens or where the guests sleep, and we will build from there. The next step is to request an event quote; our wedding transportation page covers how a wedding day runs, and the Eagle County Airport to Vail lane covers arrivals.
