Allie's Cabin Wedding Shuttles
Allie's Cabin is the small one. It sits in an aspen grove on Beaver Creek Mountain looking back down at the village, takes up to 75 guests, and runs a deck ceremony with dinner inside. The season is June through September with a handful of winter dates.
You cannot drive to the cabin, and neither can we
The resort includes its own mountain shuttle in the Allie's package, loading in Beaver Creek Village and returning there after dinner. No outside vehicle goes up. So the wedding day itself often needs nothing from us at all if the whole group is sleeping in the village, which with 75 people is common. Where we come in is Avon, Vail and the airports.
With a block split between the village and Avon, one Sprinter covers it. Avon to the village is about eight minutes up Village Road. A single van makes two trips before the mountain shuttle leaves, then parks nearby and is standing at the same load point when the resort brings the group back down. Vail Village is roughly 20 minutes away if a few guests chose to stay there, and we fold them into the same runs.
The gate on Village Road
Village Road is gated where it leaves Avon. The guard checks each commercial vehicle against a list, so we send our van and SUV plates to your planner ahead of the weekend and the resort puts them on it. The check takes a minute when the paperwork is done in advance, and we leave that minute in the schedule. Beyond the gate our drop is the hotel porte cochere or whichever village drop zone the resort has named as the mountain shuttle pickup for your date, so we ask your planner for that location and the return time and build around both. We run all wheel drive Sprinter vans and SUVs, and the winter dates are when that earns its keep: Village Road is snow packed and the group comes down cold.
Arrival day is the bigger move
For a group this size, arrivals are where the vehicles go. Two or three Sprinters on our Denver Airport to Beaver Creek service carry 14 each with luggage, and an SUV meets the couple or parents at Eagle County Regional, about 30 minutes from the village. A rehearsal dinner down in Avon or over in Vail is one van out and back at a fixed time.
If your guest list has grown past what Allie's holds, the same resort shuttle arrangement applies at Beano's Cabin, and the valley side of the plan is identical.
Tell us the hotel split when you request an event quote; we will keep it simple. Our wedding transportation page shows how a full weekend fits together.
