The Broken Arrow Wedding Transportation
The Broken Arrow is a restaurant at the base of Arrowhead Village, on the Edwards side of Beaver Creek, with a dining room for 75 and a patio that takes up to 200 under a tent. It hosts ceremonies, receptions and rehearsal dinners, and it suits a smaller wedding or the night before a bigger one somewhere nearby. It is a short page because the public record on the place is short: the Beaver Creek one sheet lists it, and little else is published, not even a street address.
Cresta Road and the Arrowhead gate
Arrowhead is a gated community. The way in is US 6 west from Avon, past the Beaver Creek turn, to the guard house on Cresta Road. Every commercial vehicle stops there and is checked against the list, so we send your planner our vehicle details ahead of the day and the gate waves the vans through without a line forming on US 6. The restaurant is at the base of the village, so once you are past the gate the drive is a minute or two.
Because the venue publishes no parking information and no exact address, we confirm the drop point and the turnaround for a 14 passenger Mercedes Sprinter with your planner before we commit a timeline. The neighboring Vista at Arrowhead clubhouse uses the same gate.
Dining room or patio decides the van count
Seventy five guests indoors with a Beaver Creek block is two Sprinters making a pair of timed runs from the hotel, with an SUV for the couple. Beaver Creek Village is about 12 minutes away and Avon about 10, so a second trip is quick. A tented patio reception near 200 is four Sprinters each doing two staggered runs roughly 25 minutes apart, which gets everyone seated before the ceremony without bunching at the gate. Guests in Edwards are closer still. Vail Village is about 25 minutes and Eagle County Regional roughly the same, which makes this an easy venue for EGE arrivals.
A rehearsal dinner here is usually one round trip at set times. For the late return, the vans wait at the agreed spot and loop back to the hotels until the restaurant empties. We run all wheel drive SUVs and Sprinters year round. Nothing public says what months the restaurant takes events, so check your date and end time with your planner.
If you are planning a wedding or rehearsal dinner at The Broken Arrow, request an event quote and include the guest count and the hotel. Our wedding transportation page covers the rest of the weekend, while Eagle County Airport to Beaver Creek is the lane most of your flying guests will use.
