Beaver Creek Chapel Wedding Shuttles
Beaver Creek Chapel does ceremonies and nothing else. That one fact shapes every transportation plan we write for it. There is always a second address, and until we know what it is we cannot tell you how many vans you need or when they should be waiting outside on Elk Track Road.
The chapel itself is an interfaith building at 33 Elk Track Road, at the base of the slopes in the core of Beaver Creek Village. It is indoors, it hosts year round, and the resort describes it as hosting many weddings, with Episcopal and Jewish ceremonies both on its calendar. Peak summer Saturdays are often taken well ahead.
What the reception address changes
Receptions from the chapel go to one of a few places, and each one asks for a different plan.
- Inside the village. The Park Hyatt, the Charter, the Osprey and Splendido at the Chateau are all a short hop. Most guests walk or take the free village shuttle, which Charter guests have used to reach the chapel. We keep one Sprinter circulating for grandparents, strollers and anyone in heels who would rather not climb Chateau Lane.
- On the mountain. A Saddleridge reception means the resort's own shuttles take over from the village. Our part is getting guests from Avon or Vail hotels to the chapel and home again late.
- Down valley in Vail. This is the one that needs real fleet. Vail Village is about 20 minutes each way, so a 140 guest wedding is ten van loads, which we run as five Sprinters doing two trips each, loading in waves of 14 as people come out of the recessional.
Elk Track Road, and the gate before it
Every vehicle coming up from Avon passes the Village Road guard post before it gets anywhere near the chapel. The guard wants to see the event and the guest name on his list, so we get our vehicle details to your planner early enough that the resort has them. From the gate it is a couple more minutes to Elk Track Road, a short street the chapel shares with the Osprey.
The street fills with people on foot as soon as the doors open. Our drivers unload, pull clear rather than idling at the curb, and come back for the agreed departure. We have made a handful of runs to the chapel so far in 2026, enough to know where a 14 passenger van can and cannot wait.
Chapel guests sleep all over Beaver Creek, and the reception hotel usually holds the block. Avon is about eight minutes below the gate and Eagle County Regional is roughly half an hour. Winter ceremonies add a plowed but climbing Village Road, which is one reason everything in our fleet, the Mercedes Sprinters and the SUVs alike, runs all wheel drive.
The chapel does not publish a capacity, so go by your planner's number. Send us that number and the reception address and we will lay out the legs. Then request an event quote, look over our wedding transportation page for how a full weekend is staffed, and point flying guests at Denver Airport to Beaver Creek.
